At GharNeeds, we stand firmly behind the quality of our curated products. Since we specialize in innovative home utilities and personal care gadgets, we offer a customer-friendly 7-Day Easy Replacement Policy to protect your purchase.

Please read our terms carefully to understand how replacements and payouts are handled:

🔄 1. 7-Day Easy Replacement Policy

  • What is covered? If your product arrives physically damaged, defective, or isn't working as promised upon delivery, you are fully covered.

  • Time Window: You must report the issue within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • How to apply: Simply send an email to support.gharneeds@gmail.com or DM us on Instagram at @GharNeeds.co.in. Please provide your Order ID along with a quick photo or a clear, short unboxing video showing the defect.

  • The Resolution: Once our team verifies the issue, we will ship a brand-new replacement item straight to your address completely free of charge.

💵 2. Refund Policy

Refunds are generated only in special cases where a replacement for a defective item cannot be fulfilled by our team due to stock shortages. If a refund is approved, the money will be processed based on your original payment method:

A. For Prepaid Orders (Credit/Debit Card, Netbanking, Wallets)

  • The refund amount will be automatically credited directly back to your original source account used during checkout.

  • Timeline: Once initiated, the money usually reflects in your account within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your bank's processing cycles.

B. For Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • Because we do not have your bank details for cash transactions, you must provide us with your preferred Bank Account details (Account Number & IFSC Code) or a verified UPI ID via email.

  • Timeline: Once you securely provide these details to our support email, the transfer will be completed directly to your bank account or UPI ID within 2 to 3 business days.

⚠️ 3. Important Conditions for a Successful Claim

  • To prevent fraudulent claims, we highly recommend recording a quick unboxing video when you first open your parcel.

  • The product must be kept in its original packaging, including all retail boxes, charging cables, and nozzle attachments that came with it.

  • Our policy covers manufacturing defects and shipping damages only. It does not cover generic physical damage caused by improper home usage after delivery.
