100% Free Shipping: We are proud to offer Free Delivery across all pin codes in India. There are absolutely no hidden delivery fees, handling charges, or surprise costs added to your bill at checkout.

Free Cash on Delivery (COD): We do not charge extra for COD orders. You pay exactly the price listed on our website when the courier agent hands over your package.
⏱️ 2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

Order Processing Time: All orders are verified, packed, and handed over to our courier partners within 24 to 48 hours of order placement (excluding Sundays and national holidays).

📞 3. COD Order Verification Step
To protect our store from fake orders and ensure seamless delivery, all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders go through a quick verification process.

Our system or team may contact you via an automated WhatsApp message, SMS, or phone call to confirm your delivery address.

Orders with incomplete addresses or unverified phone numbers may be put on temporary hold until our support team connects with you.

The moment your package is dispatched from our warehouse, we will send a live Tracking Link to your registered email address and phone number via SMS/WhatsApp. You can use this link to track your shipment's journey in real-time.
📦 5. Damaged Shipments
We take extreme care in packaging your products securely. However, if your package arrives physically damaged or tampered with by the courier agent:

Do not accept the delivery if the outer shipping box is completely torn open.
